We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At The Social at Cotswold, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.
Just when you thought life in the Carolinas couldn’t get any better, The Social at Cotswold has raised the bar. Great scenery is just the start. We’ve also instilled a new philosophy on senior living, as fresh as the morning breeze while rocking on our wrap-around porch. See, to us you’re not a senior, you’re a hero. You’ve fulfilled your obligations to your job and raising kids, but you haven’t stopped living. We believe the best part of your life is yet to come.
Making your “Gone with the Wind” Victorian-mansion dreams a reality, spend your days here strolling along tree-lined walking paths or perhaps you’d like to read a book in the library or by the grand fireplace! At The Social at Cotswold, you can pursue your passions, learn, laugh, play, and dream. And you’ll do it with friends who share your interests, and our team members who cheer you on every step of the way.
If the need arises in the years to come, know that all of our team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which is a mouthful to say, but simply means that our team members are prepared and qualified to interact with your loved one as a unique human being, not a case study.
The Social at Cotswold team members (employees) come to work each day to build long lasting friendships with our older adults. Many of our key leaders bring valuable experience to our industry from other fields. Simply put, our leaders believe that if we treat our team well, they will, in turn, love our residents well.
Compassion coordinator. Team player. Dachshund mom. Marrying a silver fox. Fermented grape connoisseur. Vibrant virtuoso. Lifestyle blogger. Dolly devotee.
Tenacious tour guide. Merry-mingler. Friendship former. Super shopper. Proud UNC Wilmington grad. Spicy food lover. Karaoke champ.
We have two living options under one roof.
Assisted Living is ideal for residents who value their independence, but need assistance with daily activities. Our community team members are raving fans of encouraging independence with assistance readily accessible at all times of day.
Memory Care is for those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other forms of changing cognitive abilities. Every member of the Tribute at One Loudoun team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, this includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. In a nutshell, it means we know what the heck we’re doing. And it means everyone on our team is trained to treat residents like people, not patients.
